If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.


2. Description of the Service

Social1bit is a multi-platform social media assistant tool that allows you to:

  • Connect accounts from supported social platforms

  • Create, schedule, and publish posts

  • Manage social pages, profiles, and permissions

  • View analytics, performance metrics, and insights

  • Manage your content library and posting workflow

Supported platforms may vary based on API availability or platform policy changes.


3. Third-Party Platform Compliance

By using Social1bit, you agree to comply with all the rules of each platform you connect, including but not limited to:

  • Meta Platform Terms

  • TikTok Developer Terms

  • Twitter/X Developer Terms

  • Pinterest Developer Guidelines

  • YouTube API Terms

  • LinkedIn API Policies

Your use of permissions must follow each platform’s policy.

If any platform restricts API access or revokes permissions, certain features of the Service may stop working.


4. Connecting Your Accounts

To use the Service, you may need to connect one or more social accounts.

You agree that:

  • You have permission to manage the accounts you connect

  • You will not attempt to access accounts you do not own

  • You will not share or misuse access tokens

  • You will comply with rate limits and platform rules

We never store your passwords.


5. Permissions You Grant

By connecting your accounts, you authorize Social1bit to:

  • Publish content on your behalf

  • Retrieve content and analytics from the platforms you select

  • Manage scheduled posts and drafts

  • Access profile, page, or channel information

  • Access engagement data (likes, comments, impressions, etc.)

We only perform actions that you explicitly initiate or schedule.


6. Your Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Publish illegal, infringing, or harmful content

  • Use the Service to spam or automate prohibited behavior

  • Mislead, impersonate, or engage in abusive activity

  • Circumvent platform restrictions or technical limits

  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service

  • Interfere with the Service’s operation or security

You are responsible for all content you upload or publish through the Service.


7. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, UI design, and features of Social1bit are owned by us and protected by law.

You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.


8. Service Availability & Limitations

We strive to keep the Service running smoothly but cannot guarantee that:

  • APIs from platforms will always be accessible

  • Scheduled posts will never fail

  • Analytics will always be complete or up-to-date

  • Features will remain unchanged

APIs and platform policies may change at any time.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.


9. Third-Party Services

Social1bit integrates with multiple external platforms.
Your use of those platforms is governed by their own Terms.

We are not responsible for:

  • API outages

  • Policy changes

  • Permission removals

  • Rate-limit restrictions

  • Account suspensions by the platform


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You abuse platform APIs

  • You misuse permissions or tokens

  • You publish harmful or illegal content

  • We discontinue the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your social accounts or uninstalling the app.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy

  • Uptime

  • Compatibility

  • Error-free functionality


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social1bit is not liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost data

  • Business interruption

  • API failures from third-party platforms

  • Unauthorized access due to your actions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if applicable).


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of operation (update this accordingly, e.g., Vietnam or Singapore).


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes become effective once posted.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
